No call out fee.
No limit on number of call outs.
Engineer time included in annual charge.
Telephone Help line service during working hours.
Hardware and Software replacement costs not included.

Annual Charge £79.90 + VAT per computer.

Service Level--Gold

As Silver plus -
Hardware replacement costs included in annual charge regardless of age.

Annual Charge £159.90 + VAT per computer.

Payments can be made annually in advance or monthly in advance at a 10% premium for administration.

Engineer time and/or hardware and software replacement costs arising from virus infection are additional costs.

Peripherals can be covered at additional cost.

Faster response times can be negotiated for servers.

Equipment deemed to have been broken before contract is not covered.
